Meet at Tallebudgera Leisure Centre
We meet from 7 am and head off at 7:15am

When we get back we go to Custard Canteen, its in front of the centre, and is a waterside bakehouse and cafe from the same owners of Bam Bam in Mermaid and Cubby in Chinderah. Custard Canteen is equipped with state-of-the-art baking equipment and ovens, making it self-sufficient when it comes to producing its hero product – the Portuguese custard tart.

Join us every Thursday morning for some light exercise and social chat and coffee

If the weather is poor or you can’t make the walk, run or swim then you are very welcome to join us for ☕️ coffee and or breakfast.
