Easter Dinner at Pho Hang in Roseville (Vegan Options)

Dear Friends,
If you are like us, with no family up here and nowhere to go on holidays, consider joining Charles & I for dinner at Pho Hang.
We love their Veggie Pho (#38v) and Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce (#5v, we ask for no tofu).
Please keep in mind that this restaurant is not vegan or SOS-free, but has several vegan options.
If you have a special diet, PLEASE go there IN PERSON, IN ADVANCE, to see if they can accommodate you so that you don't get angry or disappointed if they can't.
They are giving us their private room so PLEASE only RSVP if you intend to come as I have to tell them in advance how many are attending.
