Details
During this workshop you will learn:
- how you can support your body through maximizing your nutrient intake and absorption
- about specific supplements that can help replenish your body's nutrient stores

- an increased awareness of what anxiety is and the relationship between the conscious and the subconscious
- take away tools for your everyday life
Doors open at 6:30 and we will start right at 7:00 and will go until about 8:30.
