Tai Chi is a gentle art that focuses on slow, flowing movements. These exercises help improve overall body coordination, stability, and posture, promoting many health benefits.
Tai Chi and Qigong are thought to be beneficial for muscle strength, joint health, flexibility, brain plasticity, pelvic floor health, increased bone mineral density, improved lung function, cognitive function, and immune function. Our form utilizes functional movement to improve functional mobility and balance.
