Join us! Come and practice Tai Chi and Qigong at the mini park!

This class is great for beginners and experts alike, no experience necessary.

The birdsong and canyon views of swaying eucalyptus are so beautiful and a perfect way to end the day.

This is a calming and energizing practice that can improve balance, gently strengthen the body, center the mind, and uplift the spirit. 🧘‍♀️

Bring:

  • Layered clothing, we will be outside near the canyon, so I recommend bringing a sweater, vest, or jacket just in case it’s breezy
  • Suggested donation: $12-15
