Join us for a rejuvenating one-day retreat in the heart of mystical Glastonbury, where we'll explore ancient sacred sites and nurture our inner selves.

Our Journey Together:
12:15 PM - 1:00 PM: Grounding at St. Margaret's Chapel
We'll begin our day at the serene ruins of St. Margaret's Chapel with a grounding meditation to arrive in the present moment and connect with Glastonbury's peaceful energy.

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM: Exploring the Legend of the Holy Thorn
We'll visit the site of the legendary Holy Thorn, reflecting on its rich history and connecting with its unique energy.

1:45 PM - 3:00 PM: Immersion at Chalice Well and Gardens
Experience the tranquillity of Chalice Well Gardens. You'll have time to explore the sacred springs and beautiful surroundings, followed by a guided energy enhancement exercise.

3:00 PM - 3:45 PM: Refreshment and Reflection
Enjoy a personal snack break in the peaceful surroundings, allowing time for contemplation and gentle connection.

3:45 PM - 5:15 PM: Journey Within at The White Spring Sanctuary
We'll delve into the mystical atmosphere of The White Spring for an introduction to its significance and a gentle guided past life regression session.

5:15 PM - 7:00 PM: Ascent and Sunset Meditation on Glastonbury Tor
We'll mindfully ascend Glastonbury Tor, taking in the panoramic views before a powerful sunset meditation to integrate our experiences and set intentions.

7:00 PM onwards: Optional Dinner
For those who wish to continue the connection, an optional group dinner will be available at a favourite Glastonbury restaurant.
Please Bring: a snack for the afternoon break.

Pre-Trip Essentials:
Accommodation: If you wish to stay the night before or after, book accommodations in Glastonbury or a nearby town. Consider options like hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, or camping.

Transportation: Arrange transportation to and from Glastonbury, whether it's by car, train, or bus. If driving, research parking options however a map of the possible parking options. I will be coming from London, however will not be leaving until late Sunday afternoon.
Tickets and Reservations: These have been arranged but please bring ID.

Pack light: Glastonbury is a small town and you do not need a lot of luggage.

Meeting up
- We are meeting at the carpark at 12.00am and you can purchase snacks and water, from
Burns the Baker or Coop in the high street.
- We will walk to the Tor from here which is about 15 minute walk (0.7 mile). You will need water, snack, crystals (if you wish to cleanses them), you bath suit (if you wish to immerse yourself in the white spring), something to sit on in case the ground is wet etc.
- The walk from Chalice well to the Holy Thorn is expected to be 20 minutes.

Parking
There are various free parking areas away from the main town and the information presented is
best to my memory. Paid car parking is available, and the cost is not too high given it’s a small
town.

Nicky Burke
Nicky is a performance artist & creative director in TV/Film and Theatre worldwide, alongside being a published writer including co-author to the International bestselling book, “The Sacred Dance, Wisdom From Leaders Living a Soul-Led Life.” Nicky synergised her 15 years of teaching movement and experience as an intuitive coach to create “a celebration of the untold!” tour; combining the book’s teachings, the freedom of movement with healing modalities to radical change and transformational community. Nicky facilitates online and in person events including “Moon Circles” to enhance people’s intuitive abilities. Her work's premise is the hero’s journey, an understanding that we all came here to forget who we are and embark on a journey of remembering to expand!
