Join me on Wednesday nights at 7pm for Cardio Step.

Cardio step is a high intensity cardio workout. This class targets the legs, core and upper body. It will also help improve balance and coordination.

**Due to space and to comply with CDC guidelines RSVP is highly appreciated.

(If you have your own step and mat you are encouraged to bring them with you)
