'Spring' into Action - Morning Walk

We'll set out from the carpark in front of Green Cross Vet at 7.00am sharp.

Feel free to join me, or walk longer or shorter. I do a 4km loop which takes me about 40mins. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes for walking.

There's no agenda when you're 'done'. Enjoy a coffee, head off home or on to work - the idea is just get your 'first domino' for the day.
