Welcome and Welcome BACK!

Mindful Ways to Wellness is now being organized by Jodi Jantomaso (aka, Jodi J) and
combining this groups activities with Healthy Happy Hour (H3). Feel free to sign up for both, so you won't miss a thing!

Both groups focus is on overall wellness (including mental, physical, emotional, environmental, personal, creative, mindful, etc..) and authentically connecting to each other through respectful interaction and unconditional love and acceptance.

The purpose of combining both groups is to bring all individuals together in healthy settings with healthy activities and happy people. Most activities will focus on being in outdoor surroundings, supporting local establishments and non profit businesses.

We have lots of fun activities coming up that you won't want to miss, including creativity through art, herb planting classes, giving back to community endeavors, night time kayak adventures, mocktail making classes and more.
