## Do you ever walk away from a conversation wishing it had gone differently?

Perhaps you find yourself having the same argument over and over again.
You want to be understood, but somehow your words don't land the way you intended.
You care deeply about the people in your life, yet conversations with a partner, child, parent, friend, colleague, or even yourself can leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected, hurt, or exhausted.
Maybe you've learned to avoid difficult conversations altogether.
Maybe you say too much.
Maybe you don't say enough.
Whatever your pattern, you're not alone.
Most of us were never taught how to communicate honestly while remaining connected to ourselves and others.

## What if conflict didn't have to create distance?

What if difficult conversations could become opportunities for greater understanding?
What if you could express yourself clearly without blame, criticism, guilt, people-pleasing, or shutting down?
What if you could hear another person's perspective without becoming defensive?

Compassionate Communication, also known as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), offers a practical framework for creating more understanding, connection, and honesty in our relationships.

Developed by Marshall Rosenberg, NVC is now practised around the world in homes, workplaces, schools, communities, and organisations.

## What You'll Learn

During this highly interactive two-day workshop you'll learn how to:
❤︎ Communicate honestly without criticism, blame, or aggression
❤︎ Listen in ways that help others feel heard and understood
❤︎ Navigate conflict with greater confidence and compassion
❤︎ Recognise the needs behind difficult emotions
❤︎ Express requests clearly and effectively
❤︎ Respond rather than react in emotionally charged situations
❤︎ Build stronger, healthier relationships at home and at work
❤︎ Cultivate greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional resilience

This workshop combines practical teaching, demonstrations, group discussion, and experiential exercises so you can begin applying what you learn immediately.
