Let's Meetup this New Years Day at the Vegetarian Society Potluck

1.NEW YEAR'S DAY COOKING CLASS. One of our talented Vegetarian Society members, Matthew Blondell, will demonstrate hummus using black-eyed peas. Join us this Sunday, January 1, 6 pm at the regular meeting spot, the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church.

Chef Juan will cook up some steamed greens and sesame rice, so we will be eating well on the first day of the new year. A potluck supper follows, so please bring a vegan or vegetarian dish to serve eight. We'll give away a $20 gift card to the Three Rivers Market to one lucky attendee, an extra incentive for starting the year with VSET.

There is a $5 charge per person for this event.
