Navigating Loss and Grief
Find relief and comfort at a GriefShare support group. Each week you’ll watch a 30-minute video with insights from grief recovery experts and people who share their personal stories. You’ll then spend time sharing with people who get what you’re going through (there’s no pressure to talk!) and take home a guide with helpful exercises for personal healing. Groups meet for 13 weeks.

Our church's GriefShare program is returning. GriefShare is designed to help people live and cope with loss. It is a safe space where people can grieve honestly and without having to conceal their true feelings or thoughts. It will take place **weekly on Monday evenings starting August 11 through November 17 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm**. Vegetarian Dinner is provided as well.
