AI is changing many aspects of a business analyst's work, but how much, and in what way, isn't always clear. In this session, I'd like to share my own observations and open the floor to your thoughts about what's actually changed in day-to-day BA work, what hasn't, and where AI genuinely helps vs. where it's more hype than substance.

From LLM to Agent: Why You Should Build Your Own Harness

An LLM becomes an agent only when a harness gives it context, tools, memory, an execution loop, and boundaries. In this talk, I will use pi, a deliberately minimal and highly extensible agent harness, to show why that surrounding layer matters as much as the model itself.
I will demonstrate how I extended pi with capabilities that matched my workflow, including more advanced subagent orchestration and features I wanted before similar options became common in other coding agents.
A small, programmable core lets you adopt the best ideas from Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and other harnesses without carrying every feature all the time: you add what you need, when you need it.
This approach requires maintenance and occasional debugging, but it also gives you control, helps you understand how agents work, and makes tinkering part of the fun.

Marko Nakić is a DevOps engineer focused on Kubernetes, GitOps, and automation. He uses AI tools and coding agents as his primary interface for everything, from writing code to many of the other tasks that are part of everyday computer work.

Iva ima više od deset godina iskustva u IT industriji i proizvodnom menadžmentu, karijeru je započela kao iOS Developer, radeći na razvoju mobilnih aplikacija, a zatim se usmerila ka Product Owner i Product Manager ulogama, gradeći duboko razumevanje biznisa, poslovnih procesa i tržišta.

Mikica Ivošević je etički haker i stručnjak za sajber bezbednost. Suosnivač je kompanije Abstract osnovane 2017. u kojoj radi na funkciji CTO-a od osnivanja. Tokom svog višegodišnjeg angažmana, otkrio je mnoge bezbednosne propuste na poznatim platformama, kao što su: Google, eBay i Apache Cassandra. Ovo mu je donelo i neka zanimljiva priznanja, a od kojih se posebno izdvaja Google Hall of Fame member.

Agneš Asodi, Agneš se bavi stvaranjem zajednica i organizacijskim dizajnom - na preseku medija, društvenog aktivizma i produkt menadžmenta u IT-u. Kao osnovačica i aktivistkinja Novosadske biciklističke inicijative naučila je kako primeniti uticaj umesto sile, da bi se promena aktivirala. To znanje prenela je i u svoj rad u produkt menadžmentu i organizacijskom dizajnu, podstičući inovativne pristupe starim problemima kako u IT-u, tako i u nevladinom sektoru. Osnivačica je i Odvaža, eksperimentalne zajednice za sistemske promene, gde kokreira modele ljudske saradnje i učenja. Govori 5 i po jezika.

Kako je zamišljen Unconference?

Unconference događaj je osmišljen tako da su gosti aktivni učesnici u diskusiji.
Umesto predavača koji pričaju dok vi slušate, imamo moderatore koji predlažu nekoliko tema, a vi glasate za one koje vas najviše zanimaju.

Teme koje dobiju najviše glasova obrađuju se u manjim grupama koje su podeljene u različite prostorije. Ukoliko vreme i raspoloženje grupe dozvole, može biti obrađeno i više tema od jednog moderatora, a očekivano trajanje unconferenca je 60-90min.
Možete da menjate grupe i moderatore između tema, da uskočite gde god vam je razgovor zanimljiviji. Ideja je da svi zajedno delimo iskustva, razmenjujemo ideje i čujemo različite perspektive.
