Join us for a new Heapspace Meetup organized in collaboration with our partners at Nordeus, taking place on March 26 at 6 PM at Nordeus in Belgrade.

This time, we’re bringing together engineering leaders for a panel discussion titled “Engineering Leadership in Ambiguity and Change.”

Engineering Managers operate in constant ambiguity — shifting priorities, re-orgs, invisible workload, and pressure from all sides. But how do we create clarity, stability, and culture when the ground keeps shifting?

This panel will explore how experienced engineering leaders navigate uncertainty in their everyday work, from managing organizational changes to supporting teams as expectations continue to evolve.

Following the success of our previous Engineering Manager Meetups, we’re excited to host another gathering for people who are building, leading, and supporting engineering teams.
