I'm Rose AJ and I’m glad you’re here, whether you’re taking your very first steps or coming back to walking/running after a break, you belong in this supportive and encouraging community.

This is a group for women 50+ who want to be more active, meet local friends, and walk or run 5k’s together or at our own pace.

Walks begin promptly at 8:00 meeting in front of Wildfin on Point Ruston.
