A safe space to share, listen, and heal — together.

Group goal:
This group was created as a gentle gathering for anyone navigating the pain of heartbreak, whether from a relationship, friendship, loss, or personal transition. The aim is not to offer professional therapy, but to hold space for honest conversations, quiet listening, and mutual understanding. Sometimes, just being heard can be healing.

Who is welcome:
Anyone who is going through heartbreak or still carrying the weight of one. You don’t need to have the right words, just come as you are. All genders, backgrounds, and experiences are welcome. Kindness, confidentiality, and respect are at the heart of this group.

What to expect:
We’ll meet in a calm, comfortable setting, perhaps a café corner, art space, or community room , where we can sit, share stories, listen without judgment, and simply be present for each other. Each gathering may include:

A brief opening reflection or check-in
Time for anyone who wishes to share their story
A moment of calm or grounding (tea, journaling, or quiet reflection)
Gentle closing thoughts

Please note that this is not a professional counseling session. I’m simply creating a safe and understanding space for people to connect and support one another through shared experiences of heartbreak.
