Protect & Deflect is a monthly ritual journey into the art of energetic hygiene & sovereignty.
Each gathering explores a specific ritual, tool, or practice that supports energetic protection and clarity, including, but not limited to:
Energetic shields & boundary-setting practices
Amulets, talismans & protective objects
Runes, symbols & sigils
Herbs for smudging and clearing
Crystals for protection and grounding
Guided meditations & visualizations
Intuitive wisdom & energetic discernment

These practices are designed to be practical, embodied, and usable in everyday life, supporting you not just spiritually, but emotionally and energetically.

Each 75 minute ritual is a blend of teaching, experiential practice, and sacred community.

Monthly Teaching & Wisdom
We begin by grounding the body and field through breath, intention, and energetic alignment, creating a protected container for the work ahead.

Teachings may include:
Energetic dynamics currently influencing the collective,
How and why certain tools protect or deflect energy,
When to use clearing vs. shielding vs. deflection,
Intuitive cues from your own energy field.
Guided Ritual & Practice

You will be guided through a live ritual or meditation aligned with the month’s theme, which may include:
Shield-building or boundary work
Visualization and energetic sealing
Working with symbols, runes, or objects
Clearing practices using breath, intention, or sound
Integration & Embodiment

Space to anchor the practice into your body and daily life, ensuring the work is grounded and sustainable—not just conceptual.

Closing & Energetic Sealing
