Dr. Alistair Cockburn, co-author of the Agile Manifesto, and creator of the Heart of Agile concept, has been developing this concept through the last few years along with some colleagues around the world.

Soledad Pinter (his Nr 2 on this concept) has moved to Belgium recently, so we are happy to let Belgium join the HOA world community discussions.
