Reflection - The Forgotten Quadrant

Details
We are kicking off the first Heart of Agile Meetup for the new year with the quadrant that is arguably the most important, yet the least understood - the Art and Science of Reflection, with special guest - Ruma Dak!
Reflect ... Periodically, along the way. Think about what you've learned in your collaboration and from your deliveries. Use that knowledge to plan and improve.
Ruma; Being a firm believer in continuous learning, I always look out for ways to learn as much as possible in the most effective way. After working in an Agile environment for several years, agility has literally crept into pretty much every phase of my life! Be it at work, a house move or my learning, being agile is like a norm.
When I got this opportunity to do a short anchor talk at Melbourne Agile Meetup’s 10th Anniversary, what could be better than sharing my learning journey packaged as a Learning Manifesto? It goes without saying that my ‘Learning Manifesto’ is written along the lines of the Agile Manifesto! If you want to learn more - you need to come along!
