THE DANCE
Heart Dance is your opportunity to connect with and express the deepest part of who you are through dance and movement

Dancers and non-dancers equally welcome. In this authentic movement class, it's not about form or looking good. It's about tapping into your own depths and moving with your own nature

This is a substance-free practice
