Three Paths to Awakening: Meditation Series
Details
A Free 3-Class Meditation Series
Karma Yoga • Bhakti Yoga • Jnana Yoga
Meditation is more than sitting quietly. It can transform how we act, love, and see ourselves and the world around us.
Whether you're an experienced yoga practitioner, new to meditation, or simply curious about exploring a deeper dimension of life, this series offers an opportunity to discover three timeless paths to greater awareness, inner peace, and personal growth.
Join Ryan and Lidia for a three-class journey through the ancient yogic paths of action, love, and wisdom, brought to life through practical teachings, personal stories from over 20 years of meditation practice, and two brief group meditations in each class.
## One Journey. Three Saturdays.
Join us for all three free meditation classes as we explore the paths of action, love, and wisdom.
Saturday, October 31: Karma Yoga — The Path of Action
Saturday, November 7: Bhakti Yoga — The Path of Love
Saturday, November 14: Jnana Yoga — The Path of Inner Wisdom
Each class offers a unique experience, and together they form a complete journey. While we encourage attending all three sessions, each class can also be enjoyed independently.
## Registration
All three classes are free! We encourage you to attend the complete series to experience all three paths.
Please register separately for each class using the Luma registration links above to confirm your place and receive event reminders.
Whether you're joining us for all three Saturdays or attending for the first time, you're welcome
## ✨ October 31 — Karma Yoga: The Path of Action
Navel Chakra
Discover how everyday activities can become part of your spiritual practice. Learn to act with greater awareness and purpose, let go of attachment to outcomes, and approach life's challenges with more balance and inner strength.
Karma Yoga teaches us that spiritual growth doesn't happen only during meditation. It can happen in our work, relationships, and everyday responsibilities when we learn to act consciously without being attached to the results.
## 🧡 November 7 — Bhakti Yoga: The Path of Love
Heart Chakra
Explore the transformative power of love, devotion, and gratitude. Discover how opening the heart can deepen your connection with yourself and others, bringing greater joy, compassion, and meaning into everyday life.
## ✨ November 14 — Jnana Yoga: The Path of Inner Wisdom
Third Eye Chakra
Explore the power of awareness and self-inquiry. Learn to step back from the constant activity of the mind, see beyond limiting thoughts and beliefs, and experience greater clarity and a deeper understanding of who you are.
## What to Expect
Each one-hour class includes:
- An introduction to one of the three yogic paths and its connection to meditation
- Personal stories from Ryan and Lidia about applying these teachings in everyday life
- Two brief group meditations
- An opportunity for questions and reflection
## About Your Teachers
