This class is designed to support you in becoming a new, powerful, self-loving version of you through dance and authentic movement.
The word 'dance' may not be helpful for you. We have so many ideas around how to dance in a way that is pleasing to the eyes of other people. There is a place in life for that kind of dance; however, in this class, we simply have a different intent. We want to tap into True Self, let go of ego, and move as our spirit guides us.
