Heart Song Sister Circle - May gathering

A sacred earth-based women's circle for women in the Charlotte, NC area who long to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural rhythms of life.

Each monthly gathering is a gentle journey held in warm sisterhood. We begin with a shared ceremonial-grade cacao ritual that opens the heart, followed by:

• Sacred circle dance
• Guided mediation that connects your heart to your own truth
• Creative simple art (Soul Page)
• Seasonal celebrations honoring eh Wheel of the Year

All this takes place in a safe, confidential space where you are free to speak, listen, move, create and simply be.
No experience with cacao, dance or any practices required - just come as you are.
