All are welcome to join us for this incredible healthy happy hour! Local holistic nutritionist Stephanie Killen will be discussing the 5 Pillars of Women’s Health and how you can start putting them into place. This is a great opportunity to gain advice from an expert and be able to get your most pressing nutritional questions answered.

No healthy happy hour would be complete without delicious drinks and snacks! There will be a few offerings provided, but please feel welcome to bring a healthy snack or beverage of your own to share with the group!

Stephanie Killen, FNTP, RWP is a local holistic nutritionist who specializes in women’s health. She utilizes diet, lifestyle, and natural therapies to help women bring their body’s back into balance.
