“Heart To Heart With Horses”, is a Somatic Experience.
Imagine begin in the magical space of horses. Surrounded by their magnetic sphere of radiant energy. A new equine connection series, “Nurturing Our Heart with the Guidance and Wisdom of Horses” starts Sunday, April 12th and 19th at the beautiful and serene sanctuary at Forget Me Not Farm.
Join me for this extraordinary and transformative experiential, Touch Technique series that combines the wisdom and healing power of equine energy while connecting to our own heart's intuitive energy field. They can sense your heartbeat, your intention, and your inner story through the vibrational energy field. They are the listeners, the tellers of self, mirror of our hearts, and the window to our emotional nurturing!

The story that lives beneath the roles, the expectations, and the noise of everyday life. We all carry stories longing to be heard, felt, and expressed. In the presence of the horses, who listen with honesty and without judgment, one finds a safe space to explore and gently share what is real in the moment.
This retreat offers a sacred space to slow down, listen deeply, to honor your experiences, and to begin telling your story moment to moment from a place of authenticity, courage, and heart.
Telling Your True Story - Two-day Retreat
Opening Circle
• Grounding, breath work, and intention setting
• Reflection on “What is my story right now?”
Exploring Your Story
• Guided reflection and journaling prompts
• Recognizing the stories we carry — spoken and unspoken
Meeting the Herd
• Introduction to the horses’ intuitive and reflective nature
• Stepping into the shared energy field with awareness
Experiential Time with Horses
• Ground-based exercises with the herd
• Allowing the horses to mirror emotions, truth, and authenticity
• Practicing presence, honesty, and self-expression
Witnessing & Sharing
• Optional group sharing in a safe, supportive space
• Being seen and heard without judgment

Beautiful and private Forget Me Not Farm, in the Westside of Santa Rosa, off Highway 12 West, 5345 Highway 12 Santa Rosa, CA 95407 (behind the Humane Society).
Set in an outcropping of orchards, gardens, farm animals and our equine partners the retreat is an outdoor experience allowing us to reconnect to our natural environment and state of being.*Please note the activities with the horses are on the ground only. No prior horse experience is necessary — only a willingness to be present and open.
The fee will include healthy snacks, fruit tray, vegetables tray and beverages along with the materials needed for the both half-day retreat.
