About us

We need more social spaces that are inclusive and safe for people to show up fully as they are -- not just when everything's great, but when things are rough, or complex.

This doesn't mean we need to be best friends, it means that you don't need to talk or smile if you don't want to. You get to cry, you get to sit in silence, you get to be angry... and still be held with gentleness and patience.

Wherever you are and whatever your connection to heartbreak or grief, you are welcome to expand your capacity to be with others wherever they happen to be at in their journeys with grief.
