Bungee Dance es una modalidad de danza que utiliza un arnés y un elástico para realizar movimientos acrobáticos de bajo impacto.Apta para todxs, bailarinxs o no, permite ejercitar el cuerpo de manera intensa y divertida a la vez que se experimenta la sensación de volar, se superan miedos y mejoramos nuestra autoestima.
Nuestro taller introductorio de danza bungee se enfocará en la expresividad artística y la conexión entre mente, cuerpo y emociones.
Impartido por la bailarina Emanuela Posella @magma_emi con la colaboración de Manu Paredes @manuparedes.es desde la danza contemporánea.

Bungee Dance is a dance modality that uses a harness and an elastic band to perform low-impact acrobatic movements.
Suitable for everyone, dancers or not, it allows you to exercise your body in an intense and fun way while experiencing the sensation of flying, overcoming fears and improving your self-esteem.
Our introductory bungee dance workshop will focus on artistic expressiveness and the connection between mind, body and emotions.
Taught by dancer Emanuela Posella (@magma_emi) with the collaboration of Manu Paredes (@manuparedes.es) from contemporary dance.
