We invite you to join us in Heartfulness Meditation. This practice is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced meditators. Learn how to relax and focus. Be silent and still with yourself naturally.

Feel the lightness and joy of your true nature. Heartfulness meditation is simply taking the time every day to tune into that internal presence.

In a short while, you’ll learn to remain connected to that gentle support throughout the day.

Learn how to remove accumulated stress and layers of complexities on a daily basis and find a natural vibration that is full of love, light, and deep inner peace.

Group Heartfulness meditations start with a short relaxation exercise for the body and flow into meditation on the heart for approximately 30 minutes. We gently tune into the sacred Divine Light, Love, Peace (insert your word of choice:) that exists within us. When we notice our attention has shifted from the heart we simply refocus.....again and again and again. After time, we build mentaland physical tenacity and habits of focus and relaxation.

We will have a few minutes of silence for inner reflection, gratitude, prayer and/or journal writing after meditation.

We meditate at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Eugene every Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm in room #7. Join us anytime! The front door to church may be locked. The door on the north side of the building is open. :)
