Heartfulness is a simple and subtle system of meditation with over 4 million practitioners worldwide. Heartfulness meditation is a practical technique focused on the heart that helps us, through the development of consciousness, to find inner calm and reduce stress. The easy-to-learn techniques are appropriate for people from all walks of life.
Heartfulness practices are taught free of charge in over 150 countries worldwide. This practice is supported by a large volunteer base, research centres and over 10,000 certified trainers.
ONLINE Introductory Meditations in English will take place every week on Monday and Tuesday at 7 PM.
