Life moves fast, and sometimes, so does our food. What if mealtime could be more than just fuel? What if it became a doorway to presence?

Join us for a special guided session where we explore how cooking and eating can be acts of meditation. We’ll be joined by a longtime Heartfulness trainer who will share simple ways to bring awareness, joy, and connection to your relationship with food.
