World Meditation Day: One World, One Heart (Online Guided Meditation)
Details
On December 21, 2025, people from every corner of the world will pause together for a shared moment of inner stillness.
In 2024, the United Nations declared December 21 as World Meditation Day, recognizing meditation as a universal practice that supports peace, well-being, and collective harmony. The date aligns with the Solstice, a natural moment of transition and renewal, symbolizing the movement from darkness to light.
To mark this day, you are warmly invited to join a 20-minute guided Heartfulness Meditation, led by Daaji, the global spiritual guide of Heartfulness. More than one million people worldwide are expected to participate, creating a powerful collective intention for peace.
### π§ What this gathering is about
This is a simple, heart-centered meditation open to everyone.
No prior experience is needed.
It is not religious and does not require any belief system.
When individuals meditate together, research and experience show that the practice deepens. Collective intention has a measurable, positive effect, and the calm we cultivate within naturally radiates outward into our communities.
Your presence is your contribution.
