Hosted in collaboration with Center for Spiritual Living Seattle, this gathering invites you to explore a simple, heart-based meditation practice that is easy to learn and accessible to everyone — no background or belief system required.
Rather than trying to control the mind, we’ll explore how meditation can feel natural, grounding, and supportive, even in everyday life.
