Sunday Heartfulness Meditation

All are very warmly welcome to join us and meditate on the heart together.
We meet every Sunday in gamla stan.

Welcome!

Through Heartfulness meditation we move from the complexity of mind to the simplicity of heart. Everything starts with the heart. When the heart is at peace, the mind is at rest. When the heart is content, the mind gains insight, clarity and wisdom.

Our group in Stockholm usually has 5-20 meditators every Sunday. We are using Meetup to reach out to new people who would like to try Heartfulness. This means that there will always be people coming to the meditation even if MeetUp says there are only one or two participants. Hope to see you soon!
