What we’re about

You are very welcome to this group, where we meet every week to practice Heartfulness relaxation and meditation.
This meditation can help you feel calmer, more peaceful and focussed; it can be very beneficial to your health also and helpful on your spiritual journey as well!
The sessions are 45 minutes long and facilitated by a Heartfulness meditation trainer; they are free and available to all above 18 years old. No previous experience required.
