Heartfulness Meditation Umeå

All are very warmly welcome to join us and meditate on the heart together.
We meet every Sunday!

Time: 08:50-10:00 (door closes at 09:00 sharp!)
Location: Samlingslokal på Tuvgränd 7C, 90336 Umeå
The door is unlocked, the room is in the basement, you can find the staircase down to the basement on the left-hand side when entering the building.

Through Heartfulness meditation we move from the complexity of mind to the simplicity of heart. Everything starts with the heart. When the heart is at peace, the mind is at rest. When the heart is content, the mind gains insight, clarity and wisdom.
