### 🌟 Why The Artist’s Way? A Note From Marigold

Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way has played a pivotal role in my creative journey. It offered the structure I needed to reconnect with my creative self—and at the same time, opened up joyful, playful pathways I didn’t even know I needed. It breathed new life into my world.

I completed all 12 weeks by creating and hosting a community that gave me the support and accountability I needed to stay the course. And it worked. Being part of a group where everyone was on a similar journey made me more accountable to myself and to others.

A few months later, I facilitated another 12-week Artist’s Way group and noticed something powerful: the women who showed up consistently, especially to the community aspect, were far more likely to finish—and flourish. There’s something magic that happens when we show up for each other.

It lights me up to share The Artist’s Way with people who are ready to commit to 12 weeks of self-discovery, creativity, and growth. This journey is not always easy—but it is deeply rewarding. Our creative lives are nourished when we can celebrate our progress in the comfort and safety of community.

I know what awaits you, fellow recovering creatives: insight, awareness, and a clearer alignment with the life you were meant to live. It’s really, really good.

If this is a journey you’d like to take, I’d love to walk alongside you.

All the details below.

With heart,
~ Marigold

The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron is a 12-week self-guided course designed to help people recover their creativity, overcome internal blocks, and reconnect with their creative self.
It’s not just for “artists”—it’s for anyone who wants to live a more creative, expressive, and inspired life, whether you're a writer, painter, entrepreneur, teacher, or someone who just wants to feel more alive and imaginative.

### ✨ What It’s About

The book offers a spiritual and practical path to creative recovery. Julia Cameron believes creativity is a natural part of being human—but that it gets buried under fear, self-doubt, perfectionism, or cultural conditioning. The Artist’s Way is a structured process for peeling those layers back.

***

### 📚 What You Do Each Week

Each of the 12 weeks has a theme (like “Recovering a Sense of Identity” or “Recovering a Sense of Power”), a chapter to read, exercises to complete, and reflections to consider. Over time, you uncover and release limiting beliefs, past creative wounds, and inner resistance.

***

### 💡 Who It’s For

The Artist’s Way is for you if you:

  • Feel creatively stuck, blocked, or uninspired
  • Long to make art but don’t know where to begin
  • Want to reignite joy, wonder, and curiosity in your daily life
  • Have started creative projects—but never finish them
  • Know there’s something “more” inside you, waiting to be expressed
  • Are ready to explore your creativity, even if you don’t identify as an artist

***

### 🌀 A Spiritual, Not Religious, Path

Cameron refers to creativity as a spiritual force—and encourages readers to explore their connection with a creative Source (however they define it). But the book is not tied to any specific religion and is inclusive to all beliefs or none.

***

In essence, The Artist’s Way is a journey of rediscovery—to help you remember who you are, what you love, and what you’re here to create. Whether you’re restarting, recovering, or just beginning, this book offers a clear, compassionate roadmap for the path ahead.

Are you ready to rekindle your creativity, shake off blocks, and finally say yes to the creative life you crave?
This group is for anyone ready to explore The Artist’s Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity by Julia Cameron.

📍 What to Expect at Our First Meet-Up
Wednesday May 28 at 6:30 PM VIA ZOOM - PLEASE CONTACT FOR LINK
We’ll meet each other, go over how the journey works, and for those whom are ready to commit - we will form our ‘Creative Clusters’—small support groups of about four people each who will meet virtually once a week.

WHY IS IT BETTER DOING IT TOGETHER - AS A SHARED EXPERIENCE???

Participating in a group while doing The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron can make the journey more powerful, supportive, and sustainable than going it alone. Here are compelling reasons why joining in on our group can make all the difference:

***

### 🌿 1. Accountability Keeps You Going

The Artist’s Way is a 12-week commitment—and life often gets in the way. Weekly check-ins with a group create a gentle structure that encourages you to keep showing up, even when it gets uncomfortable or inconvenient.

***

### 💬 2. Shared Experience Reduces Isolation

Creative recovery can feel vulnerable and lonely. Being in a group reminds you that you're not alone in your struggles, doubts, or resistance. It helps normalize the ups and downs of the process.

***

### 🔍 3. New Perspectives and Insights

Hearing how others interpret the weekly readings and exercises often opens up new insights in your own journey. What one person notices or wrestles with might be exactly what you need to hear.

***

### 🔥 4. Energy, Encouragement & Momentum

There’s a certain magic that happens in a group. When someone else feels inspired or has a breakthrough, it can light a spark in you too. The collective energy builds momentum.

***

### 🎭 5. Safe Space for Authenticity

A well-held group becomes a supportive container where you can be real—about your creative dreams, fears, blocks, and breakthroughs. That kind of safety fosters deeper transformation.

***

### 🛠 6. Helps You Stick With the Tools

Morning Pages and Artist Dates are deceptively simple but easy to neglect. When you’re in a group, you’re more likely to stay committed to the practices because you know others are doing them too.

***

### 🧩 7. You’ll Actually Finish the Course

Many people buy The Artist’s Way, start it, and stall out. Being part of a group significantly increases the chances you’ll finish all 12 weeks—and reap the full benefits.

***

### 🌈 8. Celebration of Growth

A group allows for shared joy when breakthroughs happen. You get to celebrate not just your own growth, but the creative wins of others—and that can be incredibly fulfilling and motivating.

***

In short: The Artist’s Way is a powerful tool—but it becomes transformative when done in community. A group provides structure, support, and connection, helping you stay the course and go deeper into your creative recovery.

HOW THE GROUP COMES TOGETHER

***

💡 THE MAIN GROUP IS DIVIDED INTO "CREATIVE CLUSTERS"
What’s a Creative Cluster?
Think of it as your creative support circle—a group of ~4 people who check in weekly (virtually) to share progress and stay accountable. Your cluster picks the day/time that works best for everyone and can adjust as needed.

***

💌 Ready to Begin?
No need to have started the book yet—just bring your interest and openness to the first gathering.
