Tech Support: Building Resilience and Community for people working in tech

Details

Working in tech can be rewarding, but it also brings unique challenges. Tight deadlines, burnout, frequent layoffs/re-orgs, shifting priorities, and the pressure to constantly innovate can take a toll on your energy and focus.

Tech Support is a free, twice-weekly drop-in group offering space for people in the tech industry to connect, share, and reflect with others who understand the realities of this fast-moving field.

Whether you’re a developer, designer, researcher, product manager, or leader, you’re welcome here.

### What to Expect

  • Supportive, low-pressure conversation with others in the industry
  • Space to process challenges like burnout, team conflict, or career questions
  • Relational and mindfulness tools designed for high-pressure, collaborative environments
  • Opportunities to improve communication, reduce stress, and reconnect with purpose

There’s no expectation to share. Come as you are. Stay as long as it’s helpful.

### Facilitated by
