What we’re about
Hearts + Minds began as a conversation over coffee.
We are a group of women living in Ireland, who wanted to develop an online platform for women that went beyond the superficial, and would help to uplift and inspire women wherever they are in their daily life. To help us all see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
Life is busy and the internet is a big place. Hearts + Minds is a place for women to find respite, draw inspiration, and discover community. We do this through regular blog posts, podcasts and meet ups across Ireland.
We are inspired by the message of Opus Dei - that everyone can find God in their everyday lives - and we believe both heart and mind can be lifted through ordinary, day-to-day life so as to find and love yourself, others, and God in a deeper way.
