Join us for an evening in Kirtan, where we will sing mantras together—activating the power in these sacred syllables to bring us into deep connection with the resonance of soul.

Through this shared practice, we open our hearts and voices, and come together in collective devotion. As we sing with full heart and allow our emotions to flow, we find joy, ease, upliftment, and an opportunity to be deeply present with the many layers of our experience.

This is an opportunity to hold space for ourselves and for each other—for deeper connection and healing. We offer these longer Kirtans so there is time for a deeper recharge and connection—a powerful and uplifting practice that naturally brings us into contact with the stillness of the heart.

Simply by singing these mantras with focus, and through stories and simple guidance related to them, stillness arises on its own.

This stillness is potent for: relaxing and recalibrating the nervous system, activating the energy centers, restoring the heart and mind to a state of balance and ease.

We will share: Kirtan and mantra chanting, stories and simple guidance, periods of silence and meditation.

*****Breath of Autumn – QI GONG Workshop *****

This Breath of Autumn Workshop will explore two foundational practices in Qigong:

-_-_1. Five-Element QigongThis practice works with the meridians and organs to support health, vitality, and the flow of qi.

In this session, we will focus especially on the Metal Element, which corresponds to the lungs and large intestine. The Metal Element helps cultivate:Appreciation and gratitudeCourage and strengthClarity, discernment and the capacity to let go.When balanced, it supports strong immunity, emotional clarity, and the ability to let go when appropriate, while holding close what is essential.

When out of balance, we may experience sadness, grief, or heaviness, or on the other side, judgment and sharpness.
Through this practice, we learn to recognize how these energies move within us and use the movements and breath to harmonize them, improving our physical vitality, emotional wellness, and mental clarity.

After this Five-Element Qigong session, we’ll enjoy a short tea break, with space for reflection, discussion, and questions.

-- 2. TaijiwuxigongFollowing the Five-Element practice, we’ll move into Taijiwuxigong, a self-healing art that activates the lower dan tian and increases the flow of yuan qi (vital force).

While the Five-Element Qigong works more with the meridians connected to the organs, this practice also works with the extraordinary meridians—the deep reservoirs of qi within the body.

Through slow, relaxed movement and inner stillness, we cultivate:
*The flow of vital force (yuan qi) through the body.
*The release of stagnant or “bin qi” (sick factor, tension, or blocked energy)
*The opening of the spine, heart, and energy channelsThis process helps unwind mental, emotional, and physical tension, restoring the body’s natural state of harmony, ease, and vitality.

***Energy Exchange:

$40 – Regular price (after October 18**)
