HeartSpace – Forgiveness - A circle on reflection, warmth and emotional intimacy

FORGIVENESS - A circle on reflection, warmth and emotional intimacy
We all carry wounds.
Some fade with time. Others stay with us—shaping our choices, our trust, our hearts.
Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, excusing, or reconciling. It is the quiet act of freeing ourselves from the shackles of the past.
In this HeartSpace circle, we will explore forgiveness through story and gentle conversation. We will read the short story “Just a Little Turn”—a powerful tale of childhood, pain, and an unexpected encounter with the possibility of forgiveness.
- What does forgiveness mean to you?
- How do words from the past still echo in us and format our actions?
- How can we move forward without denying what was?
What to expect:
– A welcoming and intimate space (small group)
– A story to spark reflection
– Time for silence and optional sharing
– No pressure to speak—listening is just as valuable
Who is it for?
For anyone curious about life’s deeper questions. For those who long for genuine connection. For those who wish to explore forgiveness, not as a theory, but as something alive in our human experience.
Come as you are.
The location
The location is a lovely and secluded garden at Montebello, Oslo, Noreveien 18 - if the weather permits, we will sit outside, and share warm stories. If the weather gods are not willing, we will go inside - entrance from General Krohgs gate.
I hope you will find time, and an open heart to come and reflect with me on this topic.
Warm greetings
Patricia Kraft
About the host
My name is Patricia Kraft, and it truly warms my heart to invite you into this group. I’m a film director and visual storyteller, but most of all, I’m simply a human being who loves deep conversations about what it means to be alive, to care, and to connect. For more than 15 years I’ve also taught Norwegian, guiding people through the language and, just as often, into the questions of our shared humanity.
