Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided relaxation that aims to bring you (practitioner) into the most healing delta state, which is for most people only experienced during a deep sleep cycle. This lying down practice can help improve sleep, deepen inner connection, lead to greater levels of health and increase your ability to enjoy life. In recent studies it has been proven to reduce anxiety and stress.
This workshop will start with 5-10 min. discussion of Yoga Nidra principles, followed by a few yogic warm ups. After that, the only requirement is to lay comfortably on your mat and listen. You will leave feeling relaxed and rested. We encourage you to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
