If you seek a deep and meaningful connection with your loved ones—offering comfort and support as they navigate life-threatening illnesses and other challenges—we invite you to explore our unique non-sectarian practices including Heartspace Assistive Meditation. These gentle yet profound approaches can be personalized to align with each individual’s beliefs, creating a space of peace and reassurance.
For those interested in personal and spiritual growth, we also offer training to become a certified Heartspace or Clear Light Guide. As a guide, you’ll learn how to assist individuals and families in finding a peaceful heart and clear mind during times of transition.

Spectral Voices cultivate the fascinating art of overtone singing - each person singing 2 or more notes at once (aka throat singing).
Meeting Monday eves 7:30-9:30 pm in Glastonbury to practice and improvise original music through such singing styles.

Perfect for curious seekers, beginners, and experienced practitioners seeking a refresher, this online workshop offers hands-on guidance in meditation, introduction to koan practice, and living fully in the present moment. Participants may retake a future workshop for additional practice and support for a 25% discount (details provided at the end of each workshop).
What You’ll Experience:
Explore the very basics of Zen through quiet sitting meditation (zazen), proper posture, and breathing techniques. Dive into an introductory koan practice—a transformative Zen tool to awaken insight—and receive a koan to contemplate at home. Linda Lentini is the Executive Director of the Breath-Body-Mind Foundation and a Level 4 workshop teacher. Linda has over 25 years of peer service experience, and 10 of those years have focused on emphasizing the mind-body connection around mental health and addiction recovery. After exploring many healing practices over the past 25 years, she discovered Breath-Body-Mind (BBM). BBM provides trauma-sensitive practices that support the recovery process while honoring everyone’s comfort levels. Linda uses these practices as a Rehab Therapist at CT Valley Hospital in all the inpatient psychiatric and addiction units.
