Details

Beginners as well as seasoned practitioners from all traditions are welcome to join us for our meditation circle. We utilize a variety of meditation techniques and basic instruction is provided. Participants are invited to share a brief quote, prayer, or passage which they have found meaningful in their spiritual journey. We will close with a metta (loving kindness) practice. There is no charge for this event but contributions to support our work in the community will be gratefully accepted.
