Crystal Bowl Meditation with Renee

This class meets every first Sunday of the month at the Heartwood Preserve Welcome Center.

Host Renee Dollar has over 30 years of experience in health and wellness. She conducts various individual and group sound healing sessions throughout the Tampa Bay area. Renee combines multiple healing modalities to create a customized experience for her clients.

Her areas of specialty as a holistic practitioner include:

• Certified Health Coach

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or a towel for lying down. Chairs are available as well.

"Crystal singing bowls are used for sound healing. Studies have shown that sound directly impacts mental processes, muscles, the nervous system, heartbeat, pulse, digestive system, and circulatory system."
