What we’re about

This space is for women in their late 20s to late 30s who’ve experienced deep loss—especially those of us who lost a parent or both parents when we were young.

After my mum passed, everything in me shifted. The grief was unbearable—but more than that, it cracked me wide open. I realized I didn’t want to just survive this life. I wanted it to mean something. I wanted to take all that pain and turn it into connection, into purpose, into something bigger.

My mum was the most generous person I’ve ever known. She gave her time, her energy, and her heart to charity work and fundraising. Even though she didn’t have family around her, she built a life of service and kindness that left a legacy. It showed me that it’s not about how long we live or how many people we have—but how much love we give while we’re here.

HeartWork Collective was born from that truth.

This is a sisterhood for women like me. Women who’ve been cracked open by grief. Who feel alone sometimes—even in a crowded room. Who are living far from home, trying to piece together healing, meaning, and joy again.

We come together to connect, support each other, and do the heart-work:
• Healing through yoga, sound baths, soulful chats, and gentle self-care
• Creating meaning by giving back to our community through charity projects
• Honoring the ones we’ve lost by living deeply and intentionally

If you’re looking for a space where your grief is understood, your story matters, and your heart can feel held—you’ve found it.
