About us
The HEAT is the only DragonBoat team in the surrounding counties that is open to anyone inside/outside The Villages. The HEAT has World Class coaches that have consistently won Nationals and World Medals. Learn from the best. We have a casual group that trains and on OC1s and OC2s outside of practice. Looking for anyone who loves the water and competition between 40-80+ years old. Our coaches will teach beginners and welcomes anyone interested. The HEAT is the ONLY team in the surrounding counties that races at Premier level. We practice every M, W & F at 7am at Lake Miona Park. No equipment needed to come out and try.
