We host a bi-weekly Investor 101 class for anyone who is interested in learning more about investing in real estate. We are a real estate brokerage headquartered in Bellevue, WA. For the past 10 years, Heaton Dainard has been leading the local market in real estate investment for flips and cash flow properties. In our class we will cover:
1. The How-To: We'll cover the basics of how to invest in flips and cash flow properties in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.
2. Real Examples: We walk through the different types of investment deals that are on the market, and the real examples of deals that we've done in the past.
3. Financing: Hear from our expert financial partners on how you can finance your investment project.
