Learning Dynamical Laws from Data

Details

Recent advances in machine learning have spurred hopes of displacing or enhancing the process of scientific discovery by inferring natural laws directly from observational data.

We are excited to have Niki Kilbertus, professor for Ethics in Systems Design and Machine Learning at TU Munich, speaking at the DKFZ.

During his talk, he will illuminate the current methodology, which allows learning dynamical laws (such as the law of gravity) from observational data.

We hope to see you there, learning with us about the latest methodologies to unravel the mysteries of nature.
