heidelberg.ai is a non-profit platform for enthusiasts, students and researchers in the field of Artificial Intelligence hosted by the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). We provide opportunities for technical discussions, networking and connecting with industrial partners. Our vision is to create a hub of AI expertise in the Heidelberg area.
People with all backgrounds and knowledge levels are welcome to participate.

Encoding nuanced human intent, managing feedback loops for alignment and debugging, and ensuring privacy, compliance, and trustworthiness are key challenges with regard to boosting our everyday productivity with AI assistants.
We are excited to welcome Seong Joon Oh, Professor at University of Tübingen, to our joint heidelberg.ai / NCT Data Science Seminar series.
In this online seminar, he will explore the key barriers to real-world AI deployment and present recent research aimed at overcoming them.
