What we’re about
Heidelberg Mindful Art Club is a welcoming space where we explore the invisible threads that connect us, woven into the fabric of everyday life through shared presence, compassion, and creativity.
Together, we journey through art, nature, poetry, myth, books, music, film, meditation, and yoga to embody the art of being alive -in a gentle resonance with our inner rhythms, one another and mother earth.
Inspired by the nine mindfulness attitudes —beginner’s mind, non-judging, trust, letting-go, patience, non-striving, acceptance, generosity, gratitude —plus an added spirit of compassionate community, this club is about learning, feeling, creating, and growing —together.
Our gatherings (occasionally in nature and museums as well) offer space for embodied art experiences, storytelling, reflective dialogue, artful thinking routines, shared readings, and collective mindful practices.
It's an invitation to slow down, rediscover wonder in everyday life, and celebrate simply the Joy of being —through art, through nature, and through each other.
"Come, come, whoever you are..."
